Easeon offers a one (1) year limited warranty (“Warranty”) on all Products. Coverage is your exclusive remedy for defective workmanship or materials in your Product.

How To Start a Warranty Claim

Please have your order number which you have got in (e-invoice) and the product serial number. Then please email us on contact@easeon.com.au with defect information.

We may ask you to send us a photograph of your Product to validate the claim and in some cases, we may ask that you return the product to easeon for inspection.
